Shana Davis wins SD Milken Educator Award

Shana tells Dr. Jane Foley (IN ’94) about her experience in Operation Iraqi Freedom using a map from her tour that she keeps in the classroom. Should Shana’s students ever feel like the odds they’re up against are too high, here is a reminder of what determination and focus can achieve in the face of true life-and-death situations.
