Milken Educator Awards Founder Lowell Milken and Nevada Superintendent of Public Instruction Jhone M. Ebert listen as veteran Milken Educators tell the assembly what the Award has meant to them and offer words of wisdom for Yamilet Lopez, the newest member of Nevada's Milken Educator family. "Welcome to the club! We're so happy to have you with us," says Jason Murray (NV '22). "This is going to be the most amazing journey," adds Liz Barnum (NV '22), who reveals that Maxwell was where she started her teaching career! Murray and Barnum both teach in Washoe County School District.
