Temperance Tinker Kays Joins AK Milken Educators

Alaska Department of Education Commissioner Dr. Michael Johnson is visiting West Anchorage High School for a special assembly about drug awareness. But there's another reason for his visit, which comes to light when Milken Educator Awards Senior Program Director Greg Gallagher takes the microphone and surprises English teacher Temperance Tinker Kays with Alaska's Milken Award and $25,000! It's a day the educator will remember forever.
