Pine Bluff High School has a stellar fine arts program, and Arkansas Department of Education Secretary Johnny Key is visiting to commend students and staff. When Secretary Key and Greg Gallagher, senior program director for the Milken Family Foundation, present art teacher Shalisha Thomas with Arkansas' 2019-20 Milken Educator Award and $25,000, no one is more surprised than she is!
