Texas Commissioner of Education Michael Williams thanks the students and faculty for their hard work that has led to substantial gains at Clifton Elementary. It has also led to gaining the attention of the Milken Family Foundation and the man he’s about to introduce, Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken, who has a surprise announcement.
