NC Has a New Milken Educator: Meghan LeFevers

 

 

The special guest is Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards. She tells the assembly that while educators have the most important job in the nation—preparing young people for their futures—they are too seldom recognized for their work. For three decades, the Milken Family Foundation has been honoring top educators across the country. And this year, one of those outstanding educators is right here in Bessemer City!
