It's a festive day at C.D. Hylton Senior High School: Dr. Steven R. Staples, Virginia's superintendent of public instruction, is visiting to mark the school's 25th year of academic excellence. But when Staples introduces Mike Milken, co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, the students and staff realize there's another reason to celebrate.
