Kelly Sheridan Receives Milken Educator Award in Idaho Falls

Idaho Superintendent of Public Instruction Debbie Critchfield is visiting Compass Academy for a special assembly to speak about innovative education practices. But there's another big reason for her visit, which comes to light when Milken Educator Awards Vice President Stephanie Bishop takes the microphone and surprises Assistant Principal and Dean of Students Kelly Sheridan with a Milken Educator Award and $25,000! Sheridan is the first-ever recipient in the Idaho Falls School District and the 2,980th recipient surprised as part of the journey to our 3,000th Milken Educator.
