Principal Jessica Cunningham gives an emotional speech to her students and colleagues at KIPP DC College Preparatory after receiving her Milken Educator Award from Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken. Cunningham, who oversees the highest performing open enrollment high school in Washington, D.C., has been part of the KIPP system for 11 years.
