2018 Morgantown state superintendent Steven Paine

West Virginia Superintendent of Schools Dr. Steven Paine, a 1995 West Virginia Milken Educator, congratulates Mylan Park on its selection as one of the state's Technology Model Schools. Then, in a surprise turn, he introduces a longtime friend who has come all the way from California to share an important secret.
