Texas Education Commissioner Mike Morath is visiting Arlington Collegiate High School for a jubilant schoolwide assembly, convened to celebrate students' exemplary performance. But there's another reason for the event, which comes to light when Morath introduces Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards. Foley surprises English teacher Jennifer Fuller with a 2017-18 Texas Milken Educator Award, making it a day Fuller will remember forever.
