National Institute for Excellence in Teaching Chief Executive Officer Dr. Joshua Barnett, representing the Milken Family Foundation, surprises Principal Jeff Martin with Arizona’s sole 2024-25 Milken Educator Award and $25,000, making it a day Martin will always remember.
