Shocked: That's how Jayda Pugliese feels when she hears Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, name her the recipient of Pennsylvania's 2016-17 Milken Educator Award and $25,000. Pugliese covers her face as students cheer at the good news.
