There's a special assembly today at Neligh-Oakdale Jr./Sr. High School, with Nebraska Commissioner of Education Dr. Brian Maher visiting to highlight the school’s exemplary work. But there's another reason for the event, which becomes clear when Milken Educator Awards Vice President Jennifer Fuller surprises math and science teacher Dexter Hanzel with the Award and $25,000!
