Louisiana Superintendent of Education Dr. Cade Brumley is visiting to congratulate students and staff on being named a "Top Gains" school. But there's another reason for today's assembly, which comes to light when Lowell Milken, founder of the Milken Educator Awards, surprises third grade math and science teacher Derrick Winn with a Louisiana Milken Award and $25,000.
