Derek Tharp addresses the assembly that just witnessed his Milken Educator Award surprise. "I don't feel worthy of this recognition because I just do what I'm supposed to do," he says. "I'm just one of a team of many incredible administrators, teachers, and friends who've poured daily into the lives of students here."
