Principal Debreon Davis Wins OK Milken Award
Debreon Davis (OK '17) | Edmond North High School | Edmond, OK | Dec 07, 2017It's a day of celebration: U.S. News & World Report has just ranked Edmond North the best high school in Oklahoma, and a slew of dignitaries, including Governor Mary Fallin and Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction Joy Hofmeister, are here to congratulate students and staff. But there's another reason for the festive assembly. When Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, surprises Principal Debreon Davis with Oklahoma's 2017-18 Milken Educator Award, the day quickly becomes one Davis will remember forever.
