The special guest is Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, who tells the assembly that educators are too seldom recognized for their important role in our society—preparing students for bright futures. That's why the Milken Family Foundation travels coast to coast, honoring outstanding educators around the U.S. And this year, one of the very best educators in the whole country is here at Edgar Allan Poe Classical Elementary School!
