Andria Lindsey Joins OR's Milken Award Family

 

 

The unexpected guest is Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards. She tells the assembly that teachers have the most important job in the world: preparing young people for bright futures. But because educators are too seldom recognized for their efforts, the Milken Family Foundation created the Awards three decades ago to honor our country's most outstanding educators. This year, she says, one of those outstanding educators is right here at Bend!
