Wheeling Principal Andrea Trio Wins WV Award

Madison Elementary Principal Andrea Trio thinks West Virginia Superintendent of Schools David Roach and Deputy Superintendent of Schools Michele Blatt are visiting Wheeling to celebrate the state's "Grow Your Own" teacher pathway. No one is more surprised than the principal herself when Stephanie Bishop, vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, and Superintendent Roach, himself a 1993 Milken Educator, present Principal Trio with West Virginia's 2022 Milken Award and $25,000.
