Milken Family Foundation Chairman Lowell Milken tells Valley Elementary students why he has come to their school, and why the schoolwide assembly was really called: to present a special honor to one of their outstanding teachers—someone "who is representative of the many outstanding teachers in this school, district and across the nation."
