Charday Wilson Wins “Oscar of Teaching” in Logansport, LA

 

 

Lowell Milken, founder of the Milken Educator Awards, takes the mic, telling the assembly that he believes teachers and principals have the most important job in our society: preparing young people for bright futures. Outstanding educators deserve to be celebrated like top athletes, actors and rock stars, which is why he founded the Milken Award nearly 40 years ago. Today, he reveals that one outstanding educator right here at Logansport High School is going to receive this important national honor!
