Milken Educator Awards Founder Lowell Milken tells the assembly that he believes teachers have the most important job in the country: educating the next generation. He shares that 37 years ago, he created the Milken Educator Awards to honor the greatness of teachers and educators.
He reveals why he's here today — one outstanding educator at Maplewood Middle School is going to receive this national honor and become a Milken Educator Awardee!
