Eva Irwin Joins VA Milken Educators

 

 

"I'm here today because I believe that teachers and principals have the most important job in our country," says Lowell Milken, founder of the Milken Educator Awards. He tells the assembly that outstanding educators deserve to be celebrated like top athletes, actors and musicians, which is why he founded the Milken Award more than three decades ago. Today, he reveals that one outstanding educator right here at Alexandria City High School is going to receive a national honor!
