With Pennsylvania Secretary of Education Pedro A. Rivera (left) and Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken looking on, newly minted Milken Educator Jayda Pugliese shares a proud moment with the students of Jackson Elementary as she shows her "jaguar paws." The jaguar is Jackson Elementary's mascot. When students are asked to show their jaguar paws, they are conditioned to respond, "Positive Attitude Wins Success!"
