Port Allen's Jessica Major Named Louisiana Milken Educator

Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, congratulates TAP master teacher Jessica Major as he presents her with a 2015-16 Milken Educator Award. Major's motto is "Be the change that you wish to see"; Milken tells her she is doing just that. "You are changing young people’s lives every day," he says.
