Students representing the various grades at Lincoln High School give Milken Family Foundation Co-Founder Mike Milken a hand by holding up some visual aids.

The full (and clearly impressive) dollar amount is revealed with a final zero from Mayor of Tacoma Marilyn Strickland—whom U.S. Senator Patty Murray aptly calls “the First Lady of the school” because she also happens to be the wife of Lincoln HS Principal Pat Erwin.
