Having heard her name announced just seconds earlier by State Superintendent of Public Instruction Dr. Patricia Wright, Elizabeth Galinis gets stopped by colleagues with congratulatory hugs on her way to accept her 2013–14 Milken Educator Award from Milken Family Foundation Co-Founder Mike Milken.
