President and CEO of the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching Dr. Gary Stark shifts the focus of the assembly from congratulating the students to thanking the outstanding educators working tirelessly around the country to ensure a bright future for America’s youth. And one of the very best teachers in the country happens to be right here at Athens City Middle School.
