Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken asks a Deep Creek Elementary student what "financial" means. The student playfully rubs both his thumbs across his other fingers, the universal sign for money. Milken tells the whole assembly that one exceptional educator at their school will be receiving a financial reward today.
