On the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET) panel, Dr. Johnny Walker (TX ’23), Kelly Ryan (LA ’23), and NIET Senior Vice President of Services and Partnerships Vicky Condalary (LA ’01) share about their experiences with building teacher leadership. NIET partners with schools, districts and states to create a culture of continuous academic improvement by developing high-quality educators.
