In 2005 Mr. Syverson transferred from Redoubt Elementary to Soldotna High School as the High School Principal and served in that position until June 2015. During his final year at Soldotna High School he consolidated Skyview High School (the school he helped open in 1990) and Soldotna High School into one high school.
