Personal Message

I have found the Continuous Improvement program, based on the Baldridge Model, to be effective with my classes, as well as the importance of building relationships with my students. My teaching style includes a combination of helping students attain high academic achievement in addition to the encouragement of positive character traits within a warm, caring, safe environment. I feel these strategies can help produce future responsible citizens. I would be happy to hear from other Milken educators about how they use Continuous Improvement tools in their classrooms.
