"As principal of Rio Grande High School in Albuquerque, Milton Baca developed an active student recognition program to promote students' success, to increase their attendance and to enhance school pride. Mr. Baca has initiated and fostered various school partnerships with the business community, and he has served as mentor to aspiring administrators.
