Principal Henri Bradshaw's successes at Cincinnati's Silverton Elementary School demonstrate his commitment to revitalizing communities through their schools. Since taking the helm at Silverton, a Title I urban charter school, he has helped articulate goals that "facilitate maximum and orderly learning," encouraged collaboration among students and forged a partnership with a suburban elementary school. Under his leadership, improvements in student achievement earned Silverton the Excellence in Education Award from the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative. A frequent presenter for the Ohio Department of Education, Mr. Bradshaw also served as a facilitator/presenter for OASIS (Ohio Academy for School Improvement Strategies). He is currently completing a Ph.D. in education from the University of Cincinnati.
