Gordon Williams, history teacher at Trumbull High School, has shared his enthusiasm for his subject with his students and colleagues for 30 years. In addition to his teaching duties, he serves as faculty advisor for American Field Service activities and is active on the Connecticut Council for the Social Studies. Mr. Williams's devotion to helping students both grow academically and personally has earned him many honors, including a Celebration of Excellence Award and selection as Fulbright Exchange Teacher. He has been Trumbull's Teacher of the Year as well as a two-time winner of the G.E. Star Award for Excellent Teaching.
