Gary D. Soto is the executive vice president and co-owner of Action Learning Systems. A national speaker on comprehensive reform of K-12 public schools, Soto is a former elementary teacher, elementary principal and secondary principal. In his 25+ years in education, he has helped K-12 districts and schools throughout the country to faithfully implement standards-based reform that has helped to significantly increase student achievement for all students. His current work with helping districts and schools meet the challenges of No Child Left Behind provides him with the insight that enables him to be a dynamic teacher, speaker and leader of national reform.
