Dr. Brad Reitz has had a long and distinguished career in the education profession. While in the Clark County School District (NV), he was a teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent. As principal, Dr. Reitz led Bartlett Elementary School to numerous awards for exemplary achievement and was also named a National Distinguished Principal. After retirement, he worked as Vice President of Education at Scholastic for a number of years, Senior Vice President for Services at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and now runs his own independent publishing business, Oxford Educational Resources, representing Heinemann, Booksource, and Twig Science. He has served on numerous local, state, and national boards related to education and believes strongly in the systems of education we have created.
