Deb Austin Brown retired after teaching for 37 years in Saint Albans, West Virginia. She is the director of the Saint Albans High School Success Club which grows smart, good, and successful students who give for the common good of the community. The club works with the mayor, city council, and the chamber of commerce in cultivating character in the Saint Albans community. Deb is the author of five books about character development.
