Having retired as a Chemistry/Physics teacher in 1999, I have since worked at an informal science center, served as an adjunct in the teacher preparation program at Wheeling Jesuit University, and worked for Polyhedron Learning as a consultant. My wife and I are traveling as much as possible and enjoying dancing.
Since retiring from senior high and working as a consultant for elementary school children, I am more convinced than ever that our role as teachers, no matter what our subject, is to make each and every student believe in their self-worth.
