Ms. Roberts has been a public school educator for over 20 years in which she taught 4th grade, 5th grade and middle school math. She recently served as the Gifted and Talented Coordinator and Educator for elementary schools in Teton County, Wyoming. Christi is passionate about equity in education for all students. Her current research examines pathways for success for mathematically gifted English Language Learners. Christi recently presented at both the National and California Association for Bilingual Educators conferences as well as the National Association of Gifted Children, Learning Forward and WIDA 2017 Annual Conferences. Ms. Roberts holds an MS in Mathematics Education from Montana State University. She is a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in Exceptional Needs and holds an endorsement in English Language Learners. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction.
