Alice Waits-Richmond retired from Southern Hills Career Center in Georgetown, OH, in 2012. Since that time she has worked as a substitute teacher in Brown County, OH, schools and has continued in post-secondary education at Southern State Community College in Mt. Orab, and at Chatfield College in St. Martin, OH. She teaches a schedule of 4 days per week and continues to enjoy her work and her students.
