As administrators, Megan and Stephanie were both attending this national school leaders conference and planned a Milken MeetUp to connect. Baruti was presenting a session on instructional leadership and coaching at the conference. Megan and Stephanie couldn’t pass up an opportunity to see Baruti in action, so they attended his session and expanded their Milken MeetUp! Baruti shared his excitement to have Milken family in the room, then delivered an inspirational session in true “Kafele style.”
