Fifth grade teacher Jenna Stewart thanks the colleagues and students who just witnessed her Milken Educator Award surprise. “My students are what make me want to continue to be a teacher,” she says. “I want to get to know them beyond academics, and I want them to see that they are capable of doing anything.”
