Staff from the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET) join in the chorus of congratulations for Juan Dominguez on his Milken Educator Award. Through a district partnership with NIET, Juan works with administrators, mentor teachers and fellow master teachers to develop effective instructional strategies and drive continuous improvement.
