Stephanie Bishop, vice president of the Milken Educator Awards and a 2001 Virginia Milken Educator, tells the assembly that teachers deserve the same kind of recognition and celebration as actors, musicians and top athletes. Every year the Milken Family Foundation travels around the country honoring outstanding educators. And this year, one of those star educators is right here at Madison Elementary!
