Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, tells the assembly that teachers have the most important job in our society: preparing young people for bright futures. One of the very best teachers in the country is right here at Prettyboy Elementary, she continues, and is about to receive an important national honor.
