Ryan Towner Joins IN Milken Educators

 

 

When Principal Towner takes the microphone to address the assembly gathered to watch his Milken Educator Award surprise, emotions run high throughout the room. "A school is a very powerful community," he says, thanking staff for their hard work. "I learn from you, I'm inspired by you, and I hope that in some way I'm returning that inspiration to you." Then, to students: "Turn around, look at your teachers, and heap praise on them. Thank them."
