Jonathan Cadena, You're AZ's Milken Educator!

 

 

Recipient Jonathan Cadena has his hands full with baby Isaac, so colleagues and veteran Milken Educators give him a hand with his oversized Milken Educator Award check—perhaps the start of Isaac's college fund! The veterans share their thoughts about the Award's impact on their lives. "It’s a tremendous honor for a well-deserving educator," says Sahuarita Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Manuel Valenzuela (AZ '98, far left), Arizona's very first Milken Educator, of the Award. Adds Bradley Breuer (AZ '10, second from right), who has attended every Award notification in Arizona since his own: "Let me tell you, it never gets old."
