U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito congratulates science teacher Erika Klose on her surprise Milken Educator Award and tells the students that her high school government teacher was the one who inspired her to pursue a career in politics and government. "I know the students here are going to be inspired to go into science because of Ms. Klose," Senator Capito says.
